Again this year, we will be hosting our annual Maple Sunday Breakfast, serving French Toast, Pancakes, Sausage, Bacon, Eggs,Coffee and Juice. Adults $7, Kids $3 or a Family for $20. Sunday, March 23rd from 7-9 am at the Mercer Community Center. As always, all proceeds from our events directly benefit the necessary repairs and restoration of the Mercer Meeting House (circa 1800). We hope to see you there!

GREAT news!! We have scheduled another Message Circle for the spring of 2015. This time, our guest Medium's will be Bonnie Lee Gibson and Ernie VanDenBossche from Fairfield. Bonnie Lee and Ernie are established, well-known Mediums in this area and we're sure this Message Circle will be quite popular. Recently, the Mercer Meeting House Association, received notification from the Internal Revenue Service that we have been approved as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This approved status does not in any way change our mission or efforts... but will definatley assist in recieving the necessary funds to support the repair and restoration projects. Ahhh, the weather is turning colder and soon the leaves will turn their vibrant hughes. It's the perfect time to visit the Meeting House and to take in the sights and sounds of Maine!

Yikes, two critters no one wants to deal with... well, we are! In the past couple of weeks, we have removed the trees from behind the building. In doing so, we have eliminated the superhighway that was "Squirrel Alley". The little buggers had worn their way through the eves of our dated building... causing excessive damage and a huge mess. Once the trees were removed, the highway shut down and with a peak over 20' in the air, I doubt even the most skilled squirrel will...Read Full Post »
